Welcome and best wishes in reaching your weight loss goals this year! Congrats on your degree also, no small feat!! I know how difficult that is, I got my BSN while working full time and being a single mother of two boys! I applaud you for your accomplishments, now it's time to take care of yourself!
Congrats!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Good for you. You certainly know how to set a goal and stick with it! Just look at all that you've accomplished at your age! Wow.

Hi, I am an respiratory therapist finishing up a BSN to become a nurse. I am not new to spark people, but I am tring to make a fresh start. I am 39 with two children and finishing this degree has been more difficult than I expected. I graduate in May and I really want to make a total change.

Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles. it empties today of its strength.
