When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Hi All!
I just joined SP today. I'm in my second year of medicine residency in Cali... have been battling my weight for most of my adult life. I've been losing and gaining the same 5 lbs since residency started in 2006... trying to make a lifestyle change once and for all and hoping that I can do it for real this time! Happy New Year! emoticon
