I was wondering if you were doing the moderate or the intense plan as well. I have been sticking with the moderate and having my fruit. Although some quizes suggesed the intense plan I felt I could not keep up with that plan.

No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.
No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.
If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.

Are you doing the more extreme version of the diet, or the more moderate one?
