Hi Sarah! Welcome. What I find helps me is I use my inhaler at least 10-15 min prior to exercise. Very helpful. And if I can't keep up, its ok-as long as I finish.

Hi! My name is Sarah, I'm a college senior and I'm 22 years old
I've had asthma since the day I was born and really struggle with it.
I have chronic bronchitis and currently have pneumonia...
I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember and I'm just sick of it.
I used to want to lose weight for other people to like me, but now I want to do it for me.
I joined this group to see what exercises other people are doing with asthma and just for some motivation. It's difficult for me to want to workout when I feel slow or that I can't do it because of my asthma that day. I want to get over that feeling and just do it.
