No matter when I exercise, I use my inhaler about 15 min prior. That helps me.

I am new to the world of asthma, I was recently diagnosed with Adult Onset Asthma. I am still learning about this and still having issues dealing with the day to day. I love love love snowboarding, but with this asthma it sometimes makes it impossible. Does anyone have any advice on what they do during cold weather exercise?
