Hi & welcome to the team. Start slow. I use my inhaler at least 15 min before exercising. There are so many different ways to get exercise in. Walking seems to be the favorite and you can build from that. Good luck and keep us posted!

Not new to SP, but just found this team. I've been dealing with asthma symptoms (that I can really notice) for about 2 years now. I'm a runner, which sometimes makes it a wee bit difficult for me! Don't let it stop me though!
Not too many people I know have asthma and are active, so I would love to hear how you all handle it!
