Hi! I've been on sparkpeople for a week today, but I'm just joining the group. I'm finding exercising extremely difficult because I have a lot of trouble breathing and even more so during exercise, and it really jacks my heart rate up. Low intensity and easy stuff doesn't do anything, because even though I am very overweight, I have three kids and do tons of walking and lifting and things each day, so none of this contributes to cardio for me. If I step up the intensity, I can't breathe... any tips or suggestions?
