Hang in there. Do as much as you can daily. Let us know if we can support you any way.
You knit me together in my mother's womb. . .
I will praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

Welcome to this forum. I too have exercise induced asthma but don't let it get me down. Jackie Joyner Kersee is an inspiration to me and I just completed a half marathon yesterday. I remembered to take my inhaler before I started and that really helps. Good luck with everything.
and glad to have you.
I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me Philippians 4:13
Hi, all! I'm newly diagnosed with asthma and realizing that I've probably had it for awhile and it explans the challengs I've had in the past with exercising (my asthma is exercise-induced as well as other triggers).
I'm working with my doctor on a management plan and trying to do what exercise I can but it's a challenge during the flare ups I've had the past week.
It give me hope to see that so many manage to get fit and exercise despite the challenges of astma and I look foward to getting back to being more active so I can start dropping pounds and getting healthier. Thanks for the inspiration!
