Hi, my name is Gen, I'm from montreal and I was dxed asthmatic when I was 21 (I probally was before, but never really noticed anything)

I was looking around for some exercise, and searched asthma to know if there was anything that could help me... and I found this little team page :)

I'm trying hard to manage it, I'm really far from the best example to follow when it comes to that actually. I work with cats and dogs and I am alergic
to both, but only have asthma with cats. But the way I see it, I have asthma for everything (including hay fever and dust) so whereever I go, i'll be in trouble.

I have a dog, but ironicly, he helps me get in better shape. so its better since I have him ;)

I'm on Alvesco (like flovent, but less sideeffect) and Ventolin as an emergency inhalor. I do have an "emergency" prescription for oral cortizone, but so far so good.

So yea... That's about it! :)

Gen
