Hi Everyone! I am from Denver, Colorado, and I have had asthma since I was 5 years old (I am 26 now). My asthma has been really well controlled with singulair and xopenex as needed. I have recently started working out more, which is awesome, but I am noticing that I am starting to need my inhaler a lot more for my exercise-induced asthma symptoms (especially when I am swimming, sometimes having problems even after I've used my inhaler). Does anyone have suggestions for how I can minimize my symptoms and still maintain a good workout schedule? I love to swim, I just hate that I am struggling with my symptoms again after all these years.
