howdy hi from sparks with asthma! we're always here just give a holler.
Welcome! Do you have an asthma action plan that you received from your doctor? We can tell you what we do but it really is best if you have that conversation with your doctor. I too have had a lot of problems right now with my asthma. I went to work out today for the first time in 10 days! I only did have my routine as I was just tired. Listen to your breathing and when in doubt, stop!
Whatever theings are true, whatever things are noble whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy-meditate on these things.

Hi, I'm new to the board. I've been a spark member for awhile but started taking things much more seriously since January.
My asthma has been bothering me much more lately, especially when I work out, so I hope to hear everyones good advice in the group.
