TY I am going to take it easy for now. It has already set in my chest. I think i might have bronchitis. Its going around at work. That mucinex does not work for me. I have tried it. The asthma speacialist put me on clarinex D which works wonders for me. I am going to the doctors on tuesday. Thanks for the info. Patsy
Hi Patsy, maybe you need to rest while you are sick, take your meds. I've had a slight cold for the last week and sinus drainage due to allergies I think. I've been taking my meds as usual and taking Mucinex DM or the generic of it. It's over the counter and it really has helped me keep the mucus fron settling in my lungs, (definitely don't need that). My Dr. told me about it 3 years ago and it works for me. Get well soon and God Bless You.......Rebecca

Hello Patsy and glad to have you with us. Take it easy and try taking your relief before you exercise much and see if that would help you. I am having tons of sinus drainage and really struggling myself. Good luck in reaching your goals and take care.

My name is Patsy. I have had asthma since senior high school. Did not know it at first till my first incident. I am now 33. I have been doing very good lately. Steady on my meds. I have been sick for about a week now and having trouble with exercising. When i get hot i start to cough. I want to exercise very badly but afraid that i will have an attack.
