Just started the 30 day challenge yesterday. I am bad to start then switch to something else but have been doing LMP on and off for several months (hmmm, maybe longer than I thought-think I got the program in March!). Really enjoy it and have worked up quite a sweat many times. I tend to be an all or nothing person, so I might lift too much then be so sore I can't move the next day- even with yoga. When I work out a lot, I am better about eating but I end up cutting back so much that I am starving then hit the cycle of not working out enough & eating too much. So, for the next 30days I am trying to just be consistent but not too crazy.

I seem to gain & lose the same 5-10lb (but still overweight)...have been doing this for a couple of years.

So, can't say that I lost a lot with LMP but that has more to do with me than the program.

How do you like it? Hope things are going well!!!

Good luck to you in your journey! I hope you are still liking the DVDs!

I do use spark to track food but I haven't tried their meal plan yet.

I found out about Pump thru a weight loss podcast I listen to. I have a lot of weight to lose and have a hard time with cardio dvds because the jumping around hurts my feet. When I watched the previews of the work outs I thought this would be perfect, and so far it has been!

I'm on day 4, today I'll do the Flow dvd. I did my walk last night because I won't have time tonight after work to do it. I'm using spark to track my food log, I haven't tried their meal plan yet. Has anyone tried it?
