Hi--I'm Jan--Introducing myself in both threads as I see many responses in here! I think I am one who was in 'DENIAL' ........... Not ME!! ........ I have it under control--then this morning I was craving a sugary drink ...... and when I saw this team I knew I needed to start adding up just how much sugar I sneak in a day ........... So I am owning up and coming clean ............ and started TODAY!! ........... and looking forward to getting rid of some extra pounds!

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

Exercise is my best deterrent to my sugar cravings, right now. As the weather here in the mid-west has improved, I have resumed my outside bike rides and walks. I am finding with my increased physical activity, I am craving healthier foods, fruits and veggies. I am sure you will find a healthy alternative to excess sugar also.
I just took the quiz, but I already knew that I am addicted to sugar. Already today I have had more sweets than real food and it is only 3pm. Before breakfast I was eating Easter candy, I added 2 spoonfuls of Truvia to my coffee, had a huge helping of an Oreo/Pudding/Cool Whip dessert and I am still craving sugar. I need to stop before I gain any more weight and I need to get this under control.
I look forward to working this challenge and making this a lifestyle change.
