Hi - My name is Helen. I am a career "yo-yo" dieter. Big expectations, Very little will power. I am 72-1/2 years old and am frankly tired of being overweight. I really want to drop those excess lbs. I can't dive into this right now due to being on vacation. I should be home around the 25th of April, possibly earlier at which time I intend to buy your tracker and start a plan. I figured if dallied in it when I can now, hopefully, I will be ready to go next month. Any suggestions for me to do while I'm away will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
