yes, we all are trying to lose the sweets and we can do it. I stopped all goodies like cookies and replaced a snack of cheese( string), pepperoni, wheat thins. to get me through the snack wanting or delux nuts, which I also added 10 dark choc. almonds. which if you really needed something sweet. one dk. choc almond every hour on the hour would mean sweets all day long. you can have 1 oz. of dk, choc. that's good for your heart. you can have 10 for a serving so spread them out when ever you want a sweet( eat one) lol. I usually want water which helps get in my 8 glasses. just an idea for the real want sugar a lot persons. good luck on the sugar or NO sugar quest. I have done it 2 months 5 days.
