I don't know why I keep eating wheat products, sweets, processed foods, sugar etc. I hardly ever eat processed foods. It is mostly the wheat and sweets. It really does a job on my digestion system. So why do I keep eating this garbage. All these foods affects a lot of health problems by what I read on the internet and see on health shows.

Hi I am Beverly and I crave ice cream all the time. I even get angry at my husband when says "How are you going to lose weight eating ice cream all the time". I am married and a mother of 5. Ice cream is my comfort food.
