emoticon to the team. I hear you on the desserts or for that matter anything that is sweet. It's hard to give up the sugar, but it can be done. As of today I've been off sugar for 84 days, and I feel great. I had to give up fruit for awhile and even now I don't have but one serving of fruit, even the natural sugar can set me off. Take it one day at a time, sometimes its one second at a time. Best of luck,
