When I get a craving for sugar I either go for a piece of fruit or half a tsp of peanut butter. Sorts me out nicely!

My best advice is to follow the instructions/goals for this team. Find what works for you. Don't do the "all or nothing" approach.

I did that and found Could only have very little of it anytime.Tea and coffee with out no artificial sweetener

I am not pussyfooting around. :)
