I can't believe how the cravings are under control!
I pray it continues 7 days on the diet lost 7.6 had about 1200 plus a day
Wish you all success, just get through the first few days!
You can do it!
I think I will make it through the Holidays without the usgal 10 pound gain!
In the past..........I would start thinking about dieting again about jan or Feb
and motivation, Would kick in About March...
That is the nice thing about getting older,we do see our patterns,In the yo-yo

Hi all, 7 days, lost 6.5 on Virgin diet
Pretty new to sparkle, I don't know if you can see my food tracker
But I have been eating quite a bit, this from a previous master cleanse FASTER!
To yoyo healthy eating, to everything in sight!
Lost 75 lbs, over 9 ? Months QUICKLY gained 50 + back, been battling all year
With the 25 trying to maintain that, I can easily gain 15 lbs in a week
Heres my new life style!
Breakfast_Pea protein w gr flax and greens for breakfast ( I usually never eat breakfast!)
Lunch-Chicken or tuna salad
Dinner - Vegetables,salmon Salad. Or vegetarian dinner, or chicken
Snack -fruit 2-3
I will add quinoa and brown rice latter
Ps I have no sweets or chips in the house, I know they will be gone in a second
I'm addicted to the junk food


I have had no grain, I will add quinoa and brown rice

Drop 7 foods and feel better fast. By JJ Virgin
There running a PBS show. DVR it, I Love PBS specials
The diet is for 3 weeks
NO sugar or sugar substitutes, corn, soy,peanuts
Grains, dairy, eggs
My cravings are definitely not as strong
I've been very faithful so far, wish me luck!

I just can't do the the diet thing anymore. Too stressful and it was always a set up for failure. I finally figured it out and have chosen to follow a lifestyle of healthy food choices and moving my body. No more bad foods, no more good foods for me - but healthy choices. Nothing more - nothing less.

Welcome I just bought the book but have not read it yet...It might end up with the others I have not read..LOL..I want to start after the holidays, cause I think its just too hard to do it right now...I went on the OPRAH diet and I got off gluten , eggs , even meat I think and lost all my tummy in a mounth ( which is my problem area )..It worked fast ----so I really think its the foods that we eat that is making us so crazy LOL..Let me know how you do and if there is a group , I would love to join...

Hi new to posting...so here goes
I'm on day 3'of her 3 week cleanse
,PBS has been running a special,
"the 7 foods to get out of your life"
Sugar& sugar substitutes,egg,glutten,corn,soy,dairy,pea
nuts
Day one brought me back to sparkle,motivation. THANKYOU
I feel better already, now to get back off the 50+ of the 75pound I had lost
