Welcome! I've been a member for years. In general, I've never been more than 10lbs from my goal weight (with the exception to pregnancy) so it must work!
The thing about this site, is you get out of it, what you put into it!!
I recommend finding some groups that motivate you. Check to see when the most recent posts are...it sucks to get excited about an inactive group!
I also recommend giving the food plans a shot. If you're new to it, I think it's a great way to jumpstart your plan!!
