I'm glad that I saw your (Jiff) post I was at my local Wal Mart just yesterday and found (Planters Nut-rition) it's new they have I think 3 or 4 different kinds. For if you need a little extra taste in your peanut butter. The 1 I got is (energy mix, peanut butter with, cranberries & peanuts) 180 cal. for 2 Tbsp. I will try it kind of nice for a change. I know in the others 1 was with cinnamon and the other was with banana's.

Well good luck to you!:) That seems like the best way to stay away from the sweets isto fill up on nutritious foods. I have been reading up on healthy foods for those with a sweet tooth, and I'm trying baked apple with a bit of cinnamon. Sounds really good!
Good for you. I am still working on it. Day two for me. Starting to eliminate sugar from my products I am normally eating. If I fill up on natural foods, fruits and vegetables I do fine. It may take awhile But hope to succeed.
