Hey! I'm new to SP... my sis-n-law introduced me. My hobby and I are starting our diet & workout today. SUPER EXCITED! But have a feeling that changing my diet is going to be the hardest part. I'm 25 and never have truly dieted before. I have slowly gained weight since high school and now weigh more than I ever have (besides during my pregnancy). My son is now going on 7mo and I lost most my baby weight while breast feeding the first 2 mo, but now have almost gained it all back. I need some good cp recipes and tips on planning ahead.
