You'll find a lot of support and ideas on this team and the site in general. I found the more I participated the more support and positive vibes I have used Weight Watchers too with much success, although I really liked the core plan a few years ago that required little tracking and more whole foods. I got. I wish you the best in your endeavors and achieving your goals.

My name is Meghan and I am a Registered Dietitian who would like to lose weight and exercise much more! I joined SparkPeople to see what the tool was so I could tell others about it and so far I've really liked it for personal use.
