Hi everyone. I have been on SP for about 8 months now and I kind of getting in a food rut. I work full-time and then hit the gym after work. Sometimes I don't get home until 7 or 8 at night, and then who wants to cook? I am a single lady so I don't have to worry about preparing a big meal. Ordering out is fine, but most of the prepared foods I get are high in sodium so I'm trying to make more home cooked meals. And I am getting pretty tired of baked chicken and salads. I hope I can find great slow cooker recipes and even contribute some myself! Glad to meet everyone!
