I find that tracking my exercise and nutrition on the SP trackers helps a lot. You can visually see how many calories are going in NUTRITION and how many calories are going out EXERCISE. it NEVER GIVE UP!!
First of all, I want to send a hug to you. I am very concerned about you. I hope that if you feel so profoundly depressed that you seek out help. YOU DESERVE that . . . you don't deserve to feel so bad about yourself!!
Second, just take a day-at-a-time, a step-at-a-time. We all have to remember that it took us awhile to get to where we were @ weight-wise and it will take awhile to reach our goal. And it's not a straight path . . . there ARE detours along the way.

hello and welcome to the team. You might want to start measuring and weighing your portions and writing your food intake down. You would be surprised how much food you might be eating and that is why you aren't losing the weight you want to lose

There are times that this happens....remember, if you are getting enough exercise, you need to make sure that you are taking in an appropriate amount of calories....Extra exercise + not enough calories= hunger...& sometimes, hunger makes us make poor food choices...
