First of all, I want to send a hug to you. I am very concerned about you. I hope that if you feel so profoundly depressed that you seek out help. YOU DESERVE that . . . you don't deserve to feel so bad about yourself!!
Second, just take a day-at-a-time, a step-at-a-time. We all have to remember that it took us awhile to get to where we were @ weight-wise and it will take awhile to reach our goal. And it's not a straight path . . . there ARE detours along the way.
