Good bye to 2012.
Today was interesting. Those vets who say putting a chip in an animals back through a syringe and says it doesn't hurt.... lied. Basically what I had done today was have 5 tiny chips put into my back through a syringe to create the markers for both the chemo and then the radiation. And they hurt. If I wasn't under a lead tarp I would have been bitting at the arms of the doctors.
They know now not to use that analogy again.... :)
I feel pretty good, I am tired after my first gene specific therapy today and all the injections.
I wish I could take a shower but it's a sink bath for me for a couple of days.
And tonight I will be spending time with my cats enjoying the last night of my Christmas tree and a nice meal (I hope it will be anyway)
I will be saying good bye to this year 11 pounds lighter and the cancer aside, much much healthier.... mentally and physically.
be authentically you...
it's journey, not a one day hike.
