The big thing each of us need to remember is we are not on a diet we learning how to eat healthy and continue on after we get to our goal weight lose diets are a short term answer to the issue leaning how to eat properly and then you are on your own to stay there. Here we have the tools to keep the weight off i like this statement WE all are on diets some jut better than others have a great journey on the spark as i call it we will run into boulders and rocks along the way no one is perfect. I am going to start the 28 day challenge for reading the book The Spark on Monday. I turned 50 in January & on May 14th I hit a new all time high of 281 lbs. I have 10 lbs as of my weigh in today. I am have a good day hanging out in my bedroom/craftspace/office with my pretty black cat Miss Fang/Princess.
