Well.......

The move is DONE. And, finally, the condo has sold! Two big goals met! But moving & selling the "old" condo has been a rough ride. I had to deal with problems and have to be diligent about caring for myself. Hoping not eating gluten/sugar will help my mood, pain, energy level.
GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? Low carb plan with lots of veggies and water aerobics at least 3X week. I was doing this but moving stress has halted my good habits. Time to get this going again. I

Moved center weight for maintenance to 120 in 2015.

OK, got it! As a science teacher , I also used the computer and other technology dayly for many years. When our school had almost nothing, I brought in my copy of Excel so they could do their oceanology data analysis. My that was a long time ago! I retired after 42 years. Enough is enough!

Your DH as a programmer connects you to the IT team, as a profession. That was the connection I was seeing.

Jan. 2008 I joined SP and then 2 years ago I started a team about evening eating. I have learned plenty about nutrition , etc. I have not lost much weight. I have many spark friends and even met a couple. I am caregiver to my DH who had a stroke in 2006. I am a retired science teacher to deaf students. My DH was a civil engineer and later a programmer for insurance companies. I love anything related to the ocean. I enjoy using the computer for sparking an d lots of other things. I just got Windows 2007 on a new computer. My old computer was crashing regularly. It is much better now.
