GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? By not eating added sugar, using Omega3s, base meals on veggies, water aerobics at least 3X week and using NuStep when I can't get to the pool.

I noticed there was not a High-Tech team, so I created this one. I setup my Sparks people account in 2010, but became active in November of 2011. I have decided 2012 is my year to get in "The best shape ever !!!"
