You know, I think you were right about craving the endorphins...I already do the cardio and upper body 10 min videos. I think part of my problem is I wasnt getting enough protein and I havent been doing Zumba as often cause I found a Yoga dvd for scoliosis that I have to do. Thanks for your help! Since I have upped the cardio the cravings have subsided quite a bit.

I think you are craving endorphins and using the chocolate to get them. Try exercising instead! There's even a chair cardio video here on the site, as well as chair strength training videos for every major muscle group. They're under the Healthy Lifestyle tab. Just 10 minutes a day can make you feel great! emoticon

So glad I found this team! I dont know why or what has changed in my life but the last week or so I feel like I cant live without it. I think about it several times a day and have even "secretly" eaten it in the car so no one will see me stuff myself.
I feel awful and I know its affecting my health and weight loss...what on earth is going on? I have always been a choc-co-holic but not this bad.. any ideas?
