I had been very diligent in exercise and smart eating, but got a little lazy this summer, so am trying to get back to were I was and hopefully be even fitter than I was before. I may not have much to loose, but it is a challenge because I'm not very willing to give up my favorite foods. :) I just want to eat less of it!
I'm new to sparks and joined for the motivation of having visible goals and tracking.
