Hello everyone, I am Elizabeth, I am in week 6 of the 12/12 optifast program. I'm losing consistently, but lately I have had trouble getting in a consistent workout. We are trying to get our house ready to sell, and between the packing, cleaning, painting, and climbing stairs and ladders, I'm exhausted by the end of the day, but I still feel like I need to do something more structured and consistent to make it stick.
I have to recommit to at least 10 minutes of dedicated exercise every day... That has worked so well for me in the past! I am also trying to add in more "lifestyle" activity.
Anyway, I'm glad to be here. I have been a member of SP for a couple of years, and it really makes a difference to track your food and get motivation from reading blogs and even writing your own blogs to get some feedback.
