Hey everyone! I'm new to SparkPeople and I've decided to start a "Couch to 5K" program. I'm going to start training on Monday. I feel very good about giving myself a goal. I like having a "plan." I typically have better results with most things in my life when I make a plan. I figured maybe I should apply a similar strategy to my physical health as well :)
