Thanks to all for the warm welcome.
It has been 4 months since my knee surgery and I got the okay from everyone, I even got professionally fitted for my bicycle. I am taking it slow and easy so I don't get into trouble again. Rearing to go!!!
I am fairly new to biking so maybe I can even pick up tidbits from you too!

Sheryl to the team and challenge. I know you are excited to get back into riding your bike but my advice is to listen to your body and do not do more than it wants you too right now. I would also recommend you talk to your Dr or physical therapist if you have one and develop a plan to easy into this slowly.

I am getting back into riding my bicycle since I had surgery on my knee in October, hoping to pick up some tidbits of info on getting back into the sport.
