I'm so glad you are working on your habits to get going on Spark. it is a wonderful plan and there is so much info on this site. I still can't believe it is all free! please invite any Betas that you know to be a part of Spark. Are you on any of the groups for Beta on facebook? There are a lot - a recipe exchange, a general one that Laura posts on a lot, and one that has yellow rose in the title are the ones i belong to. i also have a lot of Beta friends on there.
Would you like to be a co-leader on this site? Not much to do but try to get new members to join, post nce a week or so, huddle every so often. Start topics occasionally. That's it.
You should start on your page here. it let's others ask to be friends, learn a little about you, etc. You can have as much or as little as you wish. And as alwqays, it's good to follow the safety rules for any internet site.
I'm sure there are tons of sisters on Spark, too... we'll have to think about ways to find them.
I'm a Ritual of Jewels, but I just realized I will be eligible for Exemplar later this year - I can't believe it, lol. I'm not involved with any online chapters... though, I still participate with my first chapter online via a Facebook group. They are active and I get to participate a bit vicariously with them through that (I miss them terribly).
Right now, there's nothing in particular I'm looking for... just was happy to see the Beta group. I'm trying to get back on track with healthy efforts... this week, I haven't changed anything, but I've been tracking. Figure first things first, and I want to work on that habit.
Nice to meet you, Sarah. I wish we could find more Beta memebers on Spark. There has to be!! What degree do you hold? Are you in any of the on-line chapters? Is there anthing in particular that you are needing some help? Encouragement? Let us know and we'll do what we can to help you.
My name is Sarah and I'm checking out SparkPeople again. I was happy to find a Beta Sigma Phi team!
I joined Beta Sigma Phi as a near-founding member of the Delta Zeta Chapter in Mufreesboro, Tennessee, in 2008. My family moved to Maryland just over a year ago, and I have transferred into Gamma Chi just this past summer.
My name is Michelle. I joined Beta in order to pledge On-Line Kappa, but was soon approached by a girl on campus who wanted me to Friendly Venture a chapter. I am now a founding sister and the current president of Tennessee Alpha Omega Beta at Tusculum College.
I am graduating in May and going on to get my Master's degree, but my fiance and I plan to stay in the area.
Hi! My name is Evelyn and I am called Ev or Ang. I pledged a Nu Phi Mu chapter in 1968 and received my ritual in January 1969. I am a member or OLS (On-Line Sigma). I started on-line when Alpha was the only chapter! That was back in 1997. It got so large that I moved to On-Line Gamma, and then in 2002 to On-Line Sigma. We have a cap of 30 and it is a good size group to be able to get to know your sisters well. I hold the Master Degree. My husband - Envoy Bob - and I have been married since 2000 and we love our home in NE FL.
