hi everyone...i am 68 years young and need to lose 50 pounds. the "simple diet" is what i am in the mood for as i too am sick of counting , weighing, ect.. i plan on using slimfast for the shakes and smart ones for entrees...as i understand it, three shakes, two entrees, and at least 5 fruits and vegetables. thats the first phase...havent got the book as yet so dont know what the other phases are...anyway am starting as soon as i collect all the stuff...
