I truly understand your pain and frustration. I think we all been there with the crying after not being able to wear and/or buy those cute clothes we wanted. I hope that you find the SD as an answer. It is simple. Since you love walking, do it! Finding an exercise that you love and being able to stick with it, is going to be so helpful. We also work out in our homes using DVDs when we cannot get outdoors so that is a suggestion.
I can simplify my life and lighten my burdens by deciding realistically what I want to do and what I have time to do. (~_^)

Hi, Problems with my knee have finally forced me to deal with my weight. The pain from this bursitis is excruciating at times and I know the extra weight isn't helping. Aside from that, I'm tired of being just a "pretty face." Time to work on the body. I could blame a lot of things for my weight gain, but what's the point? I think this plan is going to work for me. I've pretty much enjoyed my share of Starbucks and Taco Bell. I want to wear shorts again and I'm sick of crying when I return to my car from trying on clothes. I do love walking. Oregon weather isn't very cooperative most of the year, so I may need to get creative. Work travel will be tricky too as we eat out frequently. So, that's it in a nutshell. Elaine
