Thank you all for the warm welcome :) I am eating an entree right now wishing there was a way to lose faster, but since I didn't gain all of this weight overnight, I know I can't lose it overnight either. That would be pretty awesome if that was a possibility though ;)
I downloaded the book a week ago and have been reading it over every couple days to check and make sure I am within the guidelines. I have learned that maybe I shouldn't allow meal bars because I will eat them like candy and still be hungry. I also learned that I am lactose intolerant possibly so I tried making my shakes with almond milk. They were too "rich" so I will try adding some water to thin them out a bit and see how that goes. I lost 1.5 pounds over the past week, not a lot but better than gaining :) Here's to another week looking for a loss!
