I'm going to add just a little note too....
If you are hungry all the time, it's because your metabolism is going full force! This is a GOOD thing, because that means its burning up that fat.
If you're hungry, eat something on the plan. Don't let yourself go hungry! For a while, until your body gets used to this new amped up metabolism, you're going to be eating frequently. Nothing wrong with it as long as you're eating what the plan calls for. ENJOY that little extra fruit, veggie, shake or entree!
Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.
