If you are hungry all the time, it's because your metabolism is going full force! This is a GOOD thing, because that means its burning up that fat.
If you're hungry, eat something on the plan. Don't let yourself go hungry! For a while, until your body gets used to this new amped up metabolism, you're going to be eating frequently. Nothing wrong with it as long as you're eating what the plan calls for. ENJOY that little extra fruit, veggie, shake or entree!
Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.

I second everything the other team members have said! If you find yourself hungry and in danger of going off the diet, it is better to eat more--eat more entrées, shakes, fruits, vegetables, and even have one bar a day if needed. You can get hungry because you are losing weight and the actual calorie value of what you are eating is around 1200 to 1300 calories/day, but the idea of the diet is to give you foods with high volume and nutrition for a low calorie level. Use "I can" statements too---post them around the house and repeat them to yourself whenever you find a negative "I can't" thought creeping in--"I can" positive thinking really does help!

The last couple of days I have been more hungry than normal. But I think it has to do with I had a big drop on the scale during that time. I make sure to have a protein bar with me and will make sure to have extra fruit & veggies with me for work days.
If you are feeling really hungry have an extra shake or entree that way you stay on plan.
But you should also be eating snacks between meals so really it does end up being about every 2 1/2 hours you are eating something.
Hang in there it will get better.

Hello and welcome. I had the same thing the first few days but I drank water with the flavored packets added and that help. Sometime I would eat another low calorie fruit or vegetables and that helped. According the the book you can have extra shakes or entrees but when I did that I just made sure they had lower calories like the 100 calorie shakes. That may help. There are others on this team that has done really well with this plan so I am going to continue with it myself. I have only done it for about 10 days but fell off a cple of the first days due to the same reason you mentioned. I read the book again and that helped to realize I could have extra shakes and entrees.
