Welcome to the group. There are a growing number of us that have all had that same aha moment as you had. It is encouraging to see the number go down on the scale. Like you I have tried many plans in the past with mixed results. But this plan has been amazing. In 5 weeks I have lost 23.3 pounds. I love the simplicity of it.

I just wanted to introduce myself.. At the age of 43, I have been on every diet there is and with only minimal lost but a lot of hard work on my end. I was ready to give up. I have been heavy most of my life now as I get older I have had a lot of medical issues which all have the side effect of weight gain.. UGH.. anyhow to make a long story short.. I found the simple diet and started it last week... HOLY CRAP.. I FOUND MY DIET... In only a week I have lost 9 lbs... which is blowing my mind... I have been on diet after diet not being able to lose anything.. I know that most of this will be water weight.. but weight is weight whether its water weight or not.. I don't have to measure or weigh anything.. there is no guessing or cooking... I LOVE THIS DIET... and will make it my life's plan.. all the women at work are wanting to know what I am doing... hehehehe...
