One suggestion for when you are cooking is cook the same veggies for the others that you will be having and desert can be fruit. I am working on making meals for my family that will be similar to what I am having in my entree.

My name is Winnie and like a lot of you I saw the article in WW and decided this was the final diet for me. I love simple things and the name caught my eye. I started on it Monday, (2/7). I would like to lose 30 to 40 pounds. I just hope it works for me like it seems to be doing for some of you. I have tried many before and lost pounds but also lost interest in the diet as the weighing or counting just got me down. I am so glad to find a group that is also on this as I will need the support. My husband supports me losing the weight but my biggest concern is having to cook for him and our roommate without eating it. So far I have done it but it takes a lot of will power which I hope to keep.
