Welcome to the group...I feel the same way and it is working...I am down 18.5 pounds in 3 weeks...it has helped me alot to blog here daily and also track my food. Although counting calories is not something that needs to be focused on I find it helps me to know where I am with my food. I can look back at any point and know what is and is not working for me.
