HI!! finally a plan that is easy to follow and seems to be promising.. i started following the plan about 3 days ago, after seeing it on woman's world magazine, and I'm already 2lbs lighter :) .. i will get the book today, and will start the exercise program soon, ps: so excited i just gave birth about a month ago and all i have to lose to be on my pre-pregnancy weight is 5 lbs and then the real weight loss goal will kick in.. 90 lbs to be at my healthy weight ... :) good luck to all of you that are following this program .. :)

I'm Nancy, co-author of The Simple Diet. I'm very glad that many of you are having success with the diet and liking it, and we deeply appreciate all the positive comments from many of you. Dr. Anderson has worked with literally thousands of people to help them lose significant amounts of weight, and we tried to summarize his advice and expertise in detail in the book The Simple Diet, so I would also highly recommend that anyone following the diet purchase the book. We have a website (see below), but it is really just supportive and does not give enough information for a person to fully and safely follow the diet. We also have Facebook and Twitter to help give useful information and provide a forum for people following the diet; these can be accessed via the links in the upper right corner of the website's home page, but they are all supportive, and the core content is given in the book itself. Welcome to the group...I feel the same way and it is working...I am down 18.5 pounds in 3 weeks...it has helped me alot to blog here daily and also track my food. Although counting calories is not something that needs to be focused on I find it helps me to know where I am with my food. I can look back at any point and know what is and is not working for me.

I'm Chrissy and I was so excited to find this team. I purchased the book for this plan a couple of days ago and I started today. So far so good. I love the idea of this plan because it takes truly does simplifiy things. In the past I have failed at other diets because they ended up taking time away from the other things that are so important to me. This plan fits into my busy schedule and that is important to me. I feel strongly like I've finally found the plan that will work for me and I hope it does for all of you too!

I have a friend who is getting married in September and a formal event in April so I had been looking for diets that would help me lose weight fairly quickly and easily. I read about this diet in my Womans World weekly magazine and it seemed perfect for me since it was kinda what I was already trying to do, but I need help with the specifics. Is there an online how to. Can somone tell me the basics? Tips? Tricks?
