Hi I am trying to lose weight and exercise more. I am hoping this 100 day challenge will help me, I have a problem with procrastination as well as when I commit to exercise or eating healthy I am fine for awhile but if I stop for a day I lose focus I hope joining this group will keep me motivated. I am new to online support groups just signed up a couple of days hope it helps. So for my 100 day goal I want to exercise 10 - 15 a day I am recovering from a back injury so I may start a little slower .
