Ok...so I slacked a few days. But got out and walked 3.5 miles today. Glad I didn't let it get me down. Need to really step it more from here on out!!!!!

I'm joining to get more involved. I'm on day 4. Feeling better and stronger, but need to step up my work outs more. Instead of a 2 mile walk, do a 4 mile walk...ect! Need to do stretching and sit-ups..ect! So here goes to a 100 day challenge. How much can I lose?
