I'm joining to get more involved. I'm on day 4. Feeling better and stronger, but need to step up my work outs more. Instead of a 2 mile walk, do a 4 mile walk...ect! Need to do stretching and sit-ups..ect! So here goes to a 100 day challenge. How much can I lose?
