Welcome to the team! I think the philosophy of our team will work well for you: just do better. When you've got a busy life with a lot of things going on, it's easy to think it's all or nothing. But choosing the better options instead of the perfect options tends to help. If you can get in 10 minutes of squats while folding laundry, walk around the kitchen putting each dish away one at a time, or parking at the far end of parking lots all of that extra will add up over time. You can also get your daughters involved with cooking healthier meals and having them remind you what it is to PLAY. Your kids will see wonderful changes in you and hopefully that will teach them valuable lessons about health that will last a lifetime.

If you commit to using the SP tools you'll find the motivation is in you. Work for streaks and add up sparkpoints and fitness minutes. Find some sparkfriends and support them as much as they support you to find reasons to come back every day. Remind yourself every day and even every hour that every time you choose better you're taking a step forward towards your goals.

I'm new to this whole experience. I need a lot of "GET OFF YOUR ASS" motivation. I'm a stay at home mom with 2 demanding girls 3 and 10 and not a lot of time to do much of anything but take care of the family. The husband travels a lot for buisness so it's just us girls most of the time.
