Looks like a fun and inspirational team and the "hook" bringing me over was Push the Tush Blog! Thanks Sherylds! I'm an over 60, stay at home with hubby gal now. Left the workforce 5 yrs ago and glad I could do it then. I loved working for the Army but it was a much younger persons game when I said ENOUGH! In the last 2 yrs, I've stalled with weight loss efforts and let apathy get the better of me. I have a Who Cares attitude since I'm in the same size clothes forever now but I fell a lot more creaky and need to get back to improving health and fitness. My trigger temptations are linked to alchohol- wine- and I address that with another team. Of course, having wine then leads to the other overeating and packs on empty carories, for sure. I've been on SP for a few years and I think its Great!! I probably would be 15 pounds more by now if I'd hoped off Spark for any length of time. Dr. Appt in 3 weeks so working at SP mini goals to give myself a boost headed in to the mid-year physical. That's my short term incentive for returning now.
Karen. Has SISU, an attitude from my Finnish Heritage that means "intestinal fortitude".
