Welcome!!! :D 1st off Congrats on your weightloss, I seen that in your ticker tape underneath that you've made great strides thus far already! I love all those foods too, I think everyone can admit to the majority of those tasty foods but we must make will power part of our daily lives and allow ourselves a 'treat in moderation' once inawhile. I know if I don't have Mexican every once in awhile (altho I try to make it as healthy as possible) I will roll up and die. lol seriously though, I know you will keep on doing great here. welcome once again!

My name's Sarah, and I've been sparking for a bit. My method of attack is the Fast Five plan, and just basically trying to keep my calories low and clean during my window.
I am a horrible soda junkie, and I think I could live on fast food pizza given the chance! I know that most of the "bad" stuff that I eat is just habit, and I'm working on trying to break that habit so I'll no longer have those bad temptations in my life! So far I've more or less broke myself of french fries, mexican food, ice cream, mayo, and my habit of covering-everything-in-cheese... although I'll admit that I sometimes relapse.
