Where there is a will there is a way... plenty of exercises out there that don't require you to stand. Check out the exercise videos on Spark and YouTube.com. And there are always Pilates type movements you can find on YouTube. You can even sit in a hard chair and exercise your legs. There are even chair exercises available on YouTube.
Hi..I am a stay at home mom who needs to lose weight and get in shape...Right now I have been dealing with a fractured foot for over 2 years that won't heal and it is keeping me from being able to do any exercise. I have 30 lbs to lose and have very little motivation...I really need help in finding ways to eat right and the knowledge to do these things. I look forward to making new friends here and changing my life.
