Hello everyone! My name is Michelle, and I am 18 and just graduated from highschool. I am sort of... well, a circus freak. I do aerials (silks, trapeze, etc) and also dance and have recently taken up gymnastics and partner acrobatics. I am hoping to go to a professional circus training school in the fall. I joined SparkPeople a while back, actually after having already reached and even gone below my goal weight. I maintained pretty well for a while, but then around Christmas my exercise schedule changed and things got busy in school and I saw the pounds start to creep back on. I was back up to my original goal weight by the end of the school year, and then the last month and a half I have sort of let myself go, and stopped eating as healthily as I used to. Binges on crappy food got more an more regular, and I feel like I sort of just gave up and gave into any craving I had. This new bad habit, plus not exercising as much, has left me with 10 pounds to lose. So I am pretty frustrated, but I am motivated to get back on track!
